All of our pieces are covered by our flagship 1-year craftsmanship warranty. This warranty covers tarnishing and plating issues. We ask that you please review care instructions to avoid tarnishing.

Note: General wear and tear, scratches, dents and misuse are not covered under the warranty.

We do not offer size adjustments on already purchased pieces. We ask that you please review the sizing guide before purchasing to ensure the size you select fits you best and avoids this issue.

Where will the custom engraving on my Coordinates Collection piece appear?

On bracelets and rings, the coordinates and custom engravings will appear on the inner center of your piece. On necklaces, the coordinates engraving will be on one face of the piece, with your custom engraving on the other.

Can I choose another language to be engraved?

Right now we only accept engravings in American English. We are working diligently to include other languages, accents and symbols for our customers.

What is the total character amount I can include in my custom engraving?

Our bracelets will fit up to 16 characters (including spaces). Our rings will fit up to 10 characters (including spaces). Our necklaces will fit up to 13 characters (including spaces).

Can I choose to have a custom engraving and a date?

You can add a date and custom engraving to bracelets only. The date will be inscribed on the inner left of your piece. Because necklaces and rings are smaller, they can only have a date or an engraving, but not both.

Can I have both a date and an engraving on a ring or a necklace?

We have an 10-character limit on rings and a 13-character limit on necklaces and therefore you may choose a custom date or a custom engraving.

What does the serial number represent?

The serial number ensures authenticity. That serial number is unique to your piece only.

How do I know what size bracelet best suits me?

Something isn’t right on my custom piece, can I exchange it?

If you believe you have received the incorrect size or style, please check your online order receipt. Once you are sure the order is wrong, refer to our exchanges and cancellations policy for further instructions on how to handle incorrect orders:



What base metals do you use in your jewelry?

The base metals we use are brass, Sterling silver, 14kt gold and 14kt rose gold. Not every piece is available in every metal, so please keep this in mind when selecting a style.


Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. Brass as a metal is durable and long-lasting.


Sterling silver is an alloy containing 92.5% silver and 7.5% of other metals, normally copper. The silver is mixed with copper to give it strength while preserving the beauty of the precious metal.


14k gold is an alloy containing 58% gold and 42% other metals, including silver. Gold is soft and needs other metals to maintain the integrity of the piece.


14k rose gold is an alloy containing 58% gold and 42% copper. The gold is mixed with copper to give it the pink color.


Our gold, rose gold and sterling silver plating finishes are each mixed with some nickel and copper to improve the plating materials physical and chemical properties and to help in protecting the finish from corrosion.

What if I am allergic to certain metals?

Some people are allergic to the base metal and might break out in a rash, which usually goes away after a day. If you know you are allergic to brass, bronze, copper or any other metal, please inquire about the base metal before purchasing any plated jewelry.



What type of security does your website use?

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. Your safety and privacy is extremely important to us.

Do you offer a discount to members of the armed forces?

We do offer a 20% discount to active, reserve and retired members of the US Military. For the discount, please call Customer Service with your military ID and they will award the 20% military discount.
