Coordinates Collection provides customers with FREE Worldwide Expedited shipping via UPS on all orders placed internationally!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order have been received and checked for accuracy and quality, it will be shipped to you. Once your order ships we send you a shipping email that includes your tracking number. Please use that to track your package until it reaches your door!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It takes approximately 21 business days for your order to be delivered to you. Once it is received to our warehouse and checked for accuracy and quality it will ship 3 day select, Worldwide Standard or Worldwide Expedited depending on your location and the shipping method you choose outside of our free options. All shipping methods arrive in 5 days or less. In total we expect it to take 21 business days from the time your order is placed to when it is in your hands! Our quoted delivery times are only for domestic shipments, shipments outside of the continental United States can be subject to customs and transit delays that are out of our control.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?

Coordinates Collection works with a third party delivery source, please use the tracking number provided to track your purchase. For international purchasers if you haven’t received your items and it has been more than 5 days after confirmation of shipping please email help@brewingit.com/coordinates2014 and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS THE RIGHT ORDER?

The order # should correspond with the product number shown on the packaging.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN THE SIZE, STYLE, COLOR IS WRONG?

If you believe you have received the incorrect size or style, be sure to check your online order receipt. Once you are sure the order is wrong, refer to our exchanges and cancellations policy for further instructions on how to handle incorrect orders!

WHAT TO DO WHEN MY ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED?

Coordinates Collection exacts extensive quality control measures, however, in the case of damaged goods; Please contact help@brewingit.com/coordinates2014 immediately to request an exchange.

WHAT IF I REFUSE DELIVERY ON AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE?

If you refuse delivery on an international order – the package will be abandoned at the border. Because the package will not be received back by us, you will not be refunded for your purchase. Please review international orders very carefully to ensure that you have selected the correct color and size and are willing to accept the duties/taxes and brokerage fees as we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES/TAXES AND BROKERAGE FEES ON AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT?

The recipient of the package is responsible for these fees. These fees are not included in the pricing or shipping/handling charges on our website. It is strongly recommended to check with your local agency for an estimate of these fees prior to placing the order.
